CUSTOMIZE YOUR T-SHIRT IN THREE SIMPLE STEPS:
- Pick your style, and choose your preferred color and size options.
- Customize your shirt by selecting a photo of your lovely pet (or any pet) from your library, camera roll, or computer and upload it with your order. If you need help taking the perfect photo, please review our Image Guide.
- Place your order. After 1-3 business days, you will receive a preview of your design for approval. If you are not satisfied with the preview, please let us know. We are happy to make changes to meet your requirements or provide you with a refund. Contact us via email: support@adorb.co.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per shirt. We have found that anything beyond 2 pets can be excessive and may not create the best outcome.

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Please note:
- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- For order including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Box. Product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Where do you ship from?
All of our products are printed & shipped in the USA! However, if you place an international order, we may redirect your order to one of our international warehouses for faster shipping!
Can I track my package?
You bet! All orders come with full tracking.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to COVID19, We have been experiencing minor delays.
Fulfillment time can range from 3-10 days depending on volume, as each garment is made to order.

Upon placing your order, we will email you within 1-2 business days with the results of your photo quality review. If a different photo would be a better fit, we will assist you in selecting one.
ARTWORK CREATION
Our Art Manager specializes in matching photos with artists who have expertise in the particular breed and fur texture of your pet. This ensures that your artwork is created with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
PREVIEW DELIVERY
Upon completion of your artwork, your assigned artist will send you an email with previews of the final product.
HAND PRINTED IN THE USA
One of our production specialists will meticulously hand-print each item included in your order.
